Location, clean comfortable rooms, prices, and staff were great. Older motel with exterior and interior doors. Not busy. I would certainly stay again when looking for an inexpensive place to stop over. It's not a 5 star place, but that's okay.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Rooms are always clean and sanitary. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have mini fries. Microwave small table and chair and also a small recliner chair. Makes it feel more homey then a hotel room. Very quiet at night time. Enjoyed the stay.

great location to kansas speedway room cleaned every day and new towels very nice staff and very very safe location

It was extremely convenient for us.. Quiet and was able to park directly outside the room. Which made carrying in our luggage was very easy.

The door lock on the door going out to the parking lot was very cranky when I used the card to open it. I had to walk around the building to the front door to get in.
